Meagan Reinish

Meagan is a licensed clinical social worker and experienced therapist with over a decade of practice in both public and private sectors. She is dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate emotional challenges, build resilience, and improve overall quality of life.

Meagan creates a safe, collaborative, and validating therapeutic environment where clients feel supported and empowered. Her warm, nurturing presence, paired with a gentle sense of humor, helps put clients at ease as they explore and process difficult emotions. She works with clients to develop practical tools for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and healthier coping strategies, supporting their personal growth every step of the way.

 

Meagan’s areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders; anger management; self-esteem; trauma; grief and bereavement; life transitions; burnout; relational difficulties; addiction; impulsivity and risk-taking behaviors; and behavioral issues. She also has extensive experience working with neurodivergent youth and young adults (including those with ASD and ADHD) as well as individuals exploring gender identity and expression.

Her approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and psychodynamic therapy. Each treatment plan is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual.
